Support

Help with FaithVoice Bible reading, narration, audio prayers, music, Moments, accounts, and privacy.

Contact FaithVoice

Email jason.rybka75@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS and FaithVoice versions (or browser name), what you expected, and what happened. Never send your password or verification code, and do not include private prayer or note content unless it is necessary to explain the problem.

Current Availability

FaithVoice is available through a limited public TestFlight beta for compatible iPhone devices.

Account Deletion

On iPhone, open More > Account > Settings > Privacy & Account > Delete Account Data. On iPad, open Account > Settings > Privacy & Account > Delete Account Data. The app signs the device out after deletion succeeds. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with the account.

Guest Data

Guest notes, highlights, prayers, progress, and preferences are primarily stored on the device. Deleting FaithVoice can remove that local data, subject to iOS backups and any iCloud settings backup you enabled.

Narration or Audio

Check your device volume and network connection for music and audio prayers. On iPhone, also check that the selected narration voice is available. FaithVoice can use Apple system speech as a fallback for Bible narration. The browser plays prayer and music recordings but does not narrate Bible text.

Sign-In or Network Features

Check the network connection, close and reopen FaithVoice, and retry. You can continue without an account for core guest reading features while account-backed services are unavailable.

Browser Reading and Moments

The website offers Bible reading, prerecorded prayers, music, and personal Moments. Bible narration is an iPhone feature. Browser Moments stay in the browser where you saved them and do not sync with the app. Clearing site data removes them. If a passage or recording does not load, check your connection and use the page’s Try again button.

Privacy

Read the FaithVoice Privacy Policy for details about local data, optional accounts, location, support data, tracking, and deletion.
